Appointment Policy 

If it becomes impossible for you to make your scheduled appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. A cancellation less than 24 hours prior to appointment time, or failure to show, will result in a $25 fee.

Financial Policies

Dermatology Treatment Center of the South Bay DOES NOT contract with Medi-Cal.  If you have Medicare and Medi-Cal, you are financially responsible for the balance of what Medicare does not pay.  If you have Medi-Cal only, you are responsible for your entire visit.

If at any time you are concerned about the cost of a procedure which is proposed by the doctor, you may ask the front desk who will be happy to discuss the cost with you.

For your convenience in paying, this office accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express in addition to cash and checks.

In the event your personal check is returned to us by your financial institution for any  reason, you will not be allowed to  write future checks and will be assessed an administrative fee of $25.00 in addition to any other balance.
